If you’re a foodie, this place is a goldmine! We hit up La Bistecca just around the corner for a killer Florentine steak and savored authentic gelato at Perche No to top off our evenings. Plus, Samuel's warm welcome and the central location made exploring a breeze.
The bathroom was a tad small and the shower head collapsed, but staff tried to fix it when they were around. I wouldn't mind more clarity on check-in and out, as it left me a bit in the dark.

The location of B&B Emozioni Fiorentine is ideal, situated right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to walk to all major attractions. The room was spacious and well-designed, providing ample comfort for my stay. The service was excellent, with staff readily available to assist and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning was particularly appreciated during the hot days, and the availability of water coolers in the lobby was a thoughtful touch.
Some noise from the exterior may disturb light sleepers.

Unfortunately, the noise from the alley was relentless, keeping me awake throughout the night. On top of that, the shower head in my room collapsed on first use, leading to a wet bathroom floor with leaks that persisted despite staff attempts to fix it. Additionally, I found the checkout process confusing, as no one was on-site when I left and I had to leave the key on a board without clear instructions.

The location was phenomenal, just steps from everything! 😍 The room was decent but that bed was a bit too hard for my taste. The noise from the alley was a bit annoying at times.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Florence. I loved being just a short walk from all the major attractions like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious and looked nice, but the bed was very hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Cleaning did leave something to be desired. I found dust on the lampshades and some parts of the room were not thoroughly cleaned. Despite being advertised as a B&B, breakfast wasn't included, and I felt a bit misled on that front. Noise was an issue as well, especially from the alley outside. The noise kept me awake at night and woke me early each morning. However, the service from the staff was strong, and they were helpful when I had issues, which I appreciated.

B&B Emozioni Fiorentine offers an excellent location that is central to all the main attractions. The room was clean, and the availability of coffee, tea, and water in the lobby was a convenient perk. Staff assistance was commendable, as they greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Just a heads up, if traveling with a lot of luggage, the room can feel a bit cramped.
